Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Pink Tomorrow Shop. Contact contact@ribbonstonepublishing.com with any questions before ordering.

Products, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in AUD and include standard Australian delivery. International delivery, where available, is shown before payment. Product images may be mockups; colours can vary between screens and finished products. Select the correct size, cover and delivery details before paying.

Submitting payment does not mean production has already begun. If a product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or agreed alternative. Orders may be fulfilled in separate parcels by our print partners.

Delivery and changes

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel an order. We will help where possible, but a made-to-order item may already be in production.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns & refunds policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

First-order email offer

Confirm your email signup to receive 10% off eligible merchandise on your first order. Books, book bundles and towels are excluded. Use the supplied code with the same email address at checkout. One use per customer; cannot be combined with another offer. Delivery charges, if any, are not discounted. The offer becomes redeemable when checkout is open. Eligibility and the final saving are shown before payment; availability depends on the confirmed delivery cost.

Use of the site

Product illustrations, text and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Please do not reproduce them commercially without permission. If a page contains an obvious error, contact us; we will correct it and resolve affected orders fairly.
