Information we collect

We collect contact and delivery details, the products and options ordered, payment references and correspondence needed to process and support your order. Stripe handles payment-card information; the shop does not store your full card number.

How we use and share it

We use order details to confirm payments, arrange delivery, provide customer service and maintain required business records. Relevant delivery and product details are shared with Printful, IngramSpark, Amazon KDP and carriers as needed. Our hosting and email providers process information for these functions, and some providers operate overseas.

Email choices

Requesting an availability email saves your email address alongside the product you chose. It does not subscribe you to the newsletter. A purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter signup and the optional checkout checkbox record your consent and chosen interests: kids, teens or both. We use Resend for email delivery. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails or contact us.

Browser storage

This site uses local browser storage to remember your shopping bag and whether you have dismissed an email invitation. Clearing browser data removes those preferences. Essential security and payment services may use cookies.

Retention and requests

We retain order records for customer service and applicable accounting obligations. Marketing details are retained while consent remains active, with suppression records where needed to honour opt-outs. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. If you have a complaint, email us so we can investigate.
