Frequently asked questions
What is Ribbonstone Publishing?
Ribbonstone Publishing is the business behind Pink Tomorrow Books, Pink Tomorrow Project and this shop. That is why you may see Ribbonstone Publishing on payment records, receipts or order correspondence. For help with any Pink Tomorrow Shop order, email contact@ribbonstonepublishing.com.
How do I choose a clothing size?
Use the size-guide link on the product page and compare the measurements in centimetres. Kids’ sizes 2–5 map to the supplier’s 2T–5T labels. Sizing differs between brands, so measurements are more useful than age alone.
How long will my order take?
Every item is printed to order, so please allow printing time. International books take an estimated 2–4 weeks. Australian timing depends on the printer and your postcode. See the product and Shipping pages for estimates including printing time.
Is Australian delivery included?
Yes. Standard Australian delivery is included in the displayed price of all products. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I add a gift message or gift wrapping?
You can save a gift message with your order. It appears in the order confirmation and is visible to Pink Tomorrow. Printed gift notes and gift wrapping are not currently offered, so please do not expect a message inside a supplier parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
Journal bundles are Australia only, with standard delivery included. For eligible overseas orders, Printful merchandise uses its current delivery rates. Eligible international picture books are fulfilled through IngramSpark, with delivery checked for the destination and quantity. All charges are shown before Stripe payment. If your destination or book quantity needs a quote, contact us before ordering.
Will everything arrive in one parcel?
Books and merchandise may be printed separately and arrive in separate parcels. Some books arrive in the printer’s packaging. We email tracking links for each parcel as they become available.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order early and see the Christmas table on our Shipping page. We can’t guarantee arrival by 25 December.
Is the candle scented?
No. It is an unscented soy candle for people who prefer no added fragrance. Individual sensitivities vary. Keep burning candles supervised and away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Can I buy the journal covers separately?
The school bundle includes two books: When School Feels Too Much and one The Pages After School journal. Choose Original Pink, Blush, Vintage Rose or Deep Plum on the product page. Poodle and Fancy each contain three coordinating books.
Who do I contact about an order?
Email contact@ribbonstonepublishing.com with your order number. Pink Tomorrow handles your order support, including issues with products sent by our print partners.
