Shipping & delivery
Free standard shipping Australia-wide applies to every product. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Printed to order
Every item is printed to order, so please allow printing time as well as delivery time. We arrange book printing through our book partners and merchandise through Printful. Some books arrive in the printer’s packaging.
Orders containing books and merchandise, or items made by different printers, may arrive in separate parcels. We send a shipping email with the tracking links as parcels are dispatched.

Printful merchandise uses a current delivery quote for the products and address in your bag. Eligible international picture books are fulfilled through IngramSpark. Delivery is checked for your destination and the quantity of each book or bundle before payment. Remote areas can have different postage costs. If a delivery quote is not yet available for your selection, contact us before ordering. A mixed basket includes the book delivery charge plus the Printful quote, shown together before payment.
Customs charges or import taxes imposed locally are the recipient’s responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Christmas delivery guide for 2026
Order early for Christmas. We can’t promise delivery by 25 December. A printer’s submission deadline is not a last day for customers to order.
| Item | Christmas timing |
|---|---|
| IngramSpark paperbacks | Christmas Star is available from 16 November. IngramSpark’s Australian guide lists 7 December for publishers to submit paperback print orders. Allow extra time for us to place your order. |
| Australian journal and other book bundles | No fixed order-by date. Delivery depends on the printing slot and postcode. |
| Printful merchandise | No confirmed shop cut-off. Timing varies by item and destination. |
Planning estimates are based on IngramSpark’s holiday guide, Australian book transit times and Printful’s Australian delivery guide.
